Current State

The current release is ASPic v2.1 (March, the 29th 2006). There are 17 Species available in ASPic's DB:

• Chicken (Gallus gallus) Both Ensembl & Unigene
• Chimp (Pan troglodytes) Only @ Ensembl
• Cow (Bos taurus) Both Ensembl & Unigene
• Dog (Canis familiaris) Both Ensembl & Unigene
• Fruitfly (Drosophila melanogaster) Both Ensembl & Unigene
• Fugu (Takifugu rubripes) Both Ensembl & Unigene
• Honeybee (Apis mellifera) Both Ensembl & Unigene
• Human (Homo sapiens) Both Ensembl & Unigene
• Mosquito (Anopheles gambiae) Both Ensembl & Unigene
